Make it Monday: a Catch Up Card!

Hello friends! I was meant to share this card with you last week but didn’t manage to finish the photographs in time (not that there are that many anyway!):

Yet again, the star of this design is the gorgeous paper – so colourful!

My first choice was this pattern as it’s perfect for making some quick card fronts and needs very little added to it:

I opted for some subtle embossing as the paper is very ‘busy’ already:

The Charming Sentiments stamp set and coordinating dies (retired) is one of my go to sets at the moment. I thought this sentiment was perfect for different occasions; I’ve already given the card to celebrate a birthday 🙂

MEANWHILE … we celebrated Mother’s Day on Sunday and I love how Jennie created this clever gift wrapping to prettily coordinate with the thoughtful gift she made for me 🙂
