Make it Monday: A Birthday Card for Twins!

Hello friends! Here in Sydney we’ve skipped into Spring with beautiful sunny weather. It’s not likely to last, but it’s lovely to sit outside, read a book and eat a  yummy cupcake baked to support Make-A-Wish Australia – delicious!

Twin girls at church have just turned one so I used this stamp set …

… and a card design from 5 years ago …… and this sparkly specialty ‘paper’ …

… to design this card!

It’s always hard to capture the sparkle!

I wanted the cards to be very similar, but added a colour variation to acknowledge the girls’ uniqueness and special personalities 🙂

MEANWHILE … we’ve just celebrated Father’s Day here in Australia, and the highlight was finding this special photo of our Dads (circa 1980s); they didn’t see each other very often as my family were in Queensland:
