Make it Monday: St Patrick’s Day!

Hello friends! I was excited to find this paper collection as I’m keeping up my tradition of making a few St Patrick’s Day cards each year in honour of my Irish heritage 🙂

You get a variety of 6″ x 6″ (15.2 x 15.2 cm) patterns to choose from …

… as well as these smaller designs:

I die-cut the smaller ones to give them a stitched look around the edges…

… then selected a few possibilities for the card fronts:

Some designs could be used for other occasions so I varied the embossed backgrounds to include more than four-leaf clovers!

All cards have a little Wink of Stella sparkle which you can just see on the hat in this photo:

These are the 6 cards I finished today; I’ll be making more 🙂 MEANWHILE … I needed to make a cake on an extremely hot day (think 40 degrees C or 104 degrees F) so I experimented with using our rice cooker instead of the oven and followed the recipe booklet’s instructions … success!!
