Make it Monday: Butterflies!

Hello friends! I was so happy to have the chance to make some cards for the precious residents of an aged care home; being isolated is really hard at the best of times but even more so now. I thought a design using butterflies would be perfect for men or women ?

I used a favourite (retired!) stamp set called Watercolor Wings and there are 3 steps to stamping each butterfly image. Using the Stamparatus stamp positioning tool made it super easy to align the stamp images (and I didn’t need to use multiple acrylic blocks!)

That said, I still made quite a few slip ups when positioning the cardstock (and yes, I am fussy!!) – the black asterisks are your clue ?

I didn’t like the colour combination for the pink butterfly:

However, I did like how these turned out:

MEANWHILE … not much progress has been made on the puzzle – too many card orders coming through my Etsy Shop!!
