Just Add Ink #461: “Inspiration”
Hello friends! This week Rachael is asking us to ‘Just Add Inspiration‘ using this picture to inspire our creativity. It can be about the colours, patterns or objects from the picture that then becomes the main focus of your design:
Looking at the picture I saw colour (yellow and grey), cars, trees and buildings so that’s what I used in my card design! This card uses a lot of retired Stampin’ Up! products, but I happily own up to being a bit of a crafty hoarder!!
I love using dimensionals to add depth:
And Wink of Stella to add sparkle to all the windows (house and car!):
Last but not least, a closeup of the star of the show!! Plus the perfect heat embossed sentiment from the Geared Up Garage stamp set:

This is fabulous Megan! I love how you’ve recreated the photo scene and given it a fun retro theme!! The details in the trees and buildings are so clever and pairing them with the cute VW ( that I had to hold onto too!) is a stunning effect. Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink today.
