Masculine Get Well Card

Hello friends! Masculine cards are traditionally more challenging to create and I usually opt for the ‘less is more’ strategy! I think it worked quite well with the layout of this card:

I stamped the word ‘sorry’ in  Shaded Spruce green and used the Subtle Embossing Folder to add texture and interest to this panel and also to the Poppy Parade red frame I created – almost Christmassy, but I had no time to change my mind about the colours!!  Heat embossing the sentiment in white really helped it to stand out: 

I prepared quite a few bunches of flowers on the weekend so added one of those:

And adhesive foam dots helped give dimension by raising the flowers off the card:
