MARCH #BLOG HOP: Random Act of Kindness Group
Hello friends, and welcome to the March Blog Hop!
Hard to believe it’s March already!! Everything’s started back, including Uni, so less crafty time for me and lots more study time coming up! For this month’s RAK cards I used ‘the baby wipe technique’; such a fun way to create lots of colourful flowers:
So how did I do it? Easy! Folded a baby wipe into quarters then added drops of coloured ink in a random pattern and started stamping. The stamp I used is from one of my favourite sets, Flower Shop by Stampin’ Up!:For each flower I inked up the stamp in a different position on the baby wipe so that when I’d finished no 2 flowers looked exactly the same. I then used the Pansy Punch to punch them out and added Glitter Enamel Dots to the centres – perfect!
I managed to post these earlier than normal: 3 cards within Australia and 6 overseas to Canada, Germany, New Zealand and the USA. And here’s picture proof of a safe arrival from Jessie Holton in Victoria, Australia, and what she had to say: Thank you for this stunning card Megan Cooper! I absolutely love how you’ve done the flowers ?
What an encouraging group to belong to!! You can join the Group if you’d like to participate in the RAK cards movement (no blog needed!). #imbringingRAKcardsback #makeacardsendacard
