Make it Monday: masculine card No.2

I know, I know! It’s not Monday! But I want to keep these cards together so just ignore the title of the post!! My challenge was to make more masculine cards using the same Wood Textures paper as yesterday; choosing which gorgeous papers to use was almost the hardest part!

Inspiration for the background pattern came from seeing a card created by the super talented Shannon Lane, a Canadian Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. I love the look of the hardwood floor on these card fronts and, by switching up how I match the strips of paper, no two card fronts look the same:
