Make it Monday: Easter Bunny Card!
Hello friends! The things you find on your desk when you’re in the middle of card making!! You might be relieved to know she’s not real, but she is very soft and cuddly 🙂
For this card I used a number of retired products starting with the Easter Friends stamp set:
I stamped the rabbit onto Smoky Slate cardstock with Basic Gray ink, then fussy cut her out with my trusty ‘Cutter Bee’ scissors:
This Designer Series Paper from my ‘stash’ was perfect for the background (it’s been retired for many years):
The ‘Happy Easter’ stamp is from Easter Friends, the ink colour is Bermuda Bay, and the die is from the Stitched Rectangle Dies:
For a softer look, I stamped the stem and flower from Basket Bunch (retired) with Basic Gray ink then die-cut them out:
To complete the card, I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the centre of the flower:
MEANWHILE … I spent part of Saturday finishing my First Aid training with Red Cross 🙂 It’s almost 20 years since I last did my Senior First Aid Certificate – I let it go as I no longer needed it for my work. I can’t believe how much has changed, and not just needing to do hours of training and assessment online beforehand!!Â
Thanks so much for visiting me today; I hope you found a little inspiration for your own creating  Have a great week! Megan xo
