Hello friends! This is still a WIP (Work in Progress) but there will be a card with baubles/ ornaments in my Etsy Shop very soon!
While I primarily use Stampin’ Up! products, I also buy from elsewhere when Stampin’ Up! doesn’t have what I’m after like this Christmas glitter paper for the circles:
I used one of the Stampin’ Up! Detailed Baubles Thinlits Dies (retired) to overlay the glitter cardstock circles and the Heidi Swapp stapler to attach this gold foil sheet overlay to the circles. I tried to glue the bows to the bauble but needed to use mini glue dots instead as they’re super sticky:
The baubles are actually quite sparkly, are popped up with adhesive foam dots for added dimension, and the Martha Stewart ribbon punch makes adding a bow super easy:
I’m not sure if I’ll use the baubles embossing folder or one that has pine boughs. You can’t see it here, but in the next photo (taken in bright sunlight) you’ll see why I’m doubtful:
The embossing folder puts a small crease in the cardstock where it shouldn’t be – I’m not 100% happy about that!
Thanks so much for visiting me today; it’s always lovely to have you here 🙂 If you have any questions please ask and I hope this has given you a little inspiration! Megan xo
