Make it Monday: Tags Tags Tags!

Hello friends! Did you know it’s still Monday on Easter Island? 😉 I’m loving the excuse to create some Christmas items in July; today I wanted to make and package some special tags – I love how these turned out! 🙂

THE TAGS I used the Christmas stamps from the Tags Tags Tags set (retired) and this lovely new colour called Just Jade; a perfect green for Christmas!

The tags were easy to cut out with the coordinating dies. I then used one of the die shapes and these two punches to help build the tag layers:

And decorated them with a touch of red using the dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blend, cardstock or red rhinestones:

I embossed the tags (measuring 2″ x 4 1/4″ or 5cm x 10.8cm) with either the Woodland, Brick & Mortar or Snowflake embossing folders which gives them a luxury feel:

Slowly coming together using lots of adhesive foam dots and some retired twine!

I wanted to package the tags in these C6 Acetate Card Boxes and the amazing Angelina from Intatwyne Designs had a project with all the measurements I needed!

THE BOX and BOX DIVIDER Measurements and scoring:

Score lines burnished and box tabs created:

Using ‘Poppy Parade’ cardstock and multipurpose liquid glue for this box and divider:

Finished! The boxed Christmas Tag Set in ‘Just Jade’:

And in ‘Poppy Parade’:

MEANWHILE … we recently received these absolutely gorgeous flowers ‘out of the blue’ – this made them even more special!

Thanks so much for visiting me today; I really appreciate you spending time here ? If you have any questions please ask and I hope this has given you a little inspiration!  Megan xo

  1. This project is so cute!! I’m going to start now on Christmas and copy your tags. Was that the Note Tag punch?

Thank you so much for sharing!

    1. Hi Susan! I used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch which is retired, but I’m sure you could use one that you have – have fun creating! 🙂
