Countdown to Christmas 2025: 5 weeks!

Hello friends! I’ve missed a few weeks with ‘life’ needing more attention than expected, but I’ve finally finished a new card design for the shop! I’ve used this paper before on one Christmas card, and the Twinkling Holiday lights embossing folder to add texture to a few other cards:

It pairs well with the Shaded Spruce cardstock which is a more traditional Christmas colour:

I’ve made use of this stamp set (retired) for birthday cards, but this is the first time I’ve made a Christmas card with it!

My preferred process is to complete one step of the card design (stamp and die-cut all the yetis) before moving on to the next step:

And sometimes this happens, even when I’m being very careful! 🙁

The Yetis appear to be singing/yodelling in a chorus line – that makes me smile! 🙂

I love the different textures and dimension on the card front: MEANWHILE … In recent days, we’ve both enjoyed celebrating our birthdays and this was a delicious gluten free, vegan carrot cake (topped with creamy frosting and walnuts) that everyone was able to eat!
