Countdown to Christmas 2019: 6 weeks!

Hello friends! With just 6 weeks to go I’ve been focussing again on filling Christmas card orders! This design features a die-cut star and was originally created as a ‘limited edition’ card in deep fuchsia pink:

I then had a custom order to create it in  Cherry Cobbler which left me with lots of stamped and die-cut stars that were too good to throw away!

So I played around with them and came up with an ornament using 4 stars:

I really like how it looks, but it was rather fiddly to put together!

My next idea was to use the stars to create different kinds of Christmas tags using the Whisper White Baker’s Twine:

Tags with just the star and twine are super fast to make, but this next design gives you a lot more room to write on the back:

And if you look closely, you’ll see where I decided to add a little ‘bling’! I’m really happy to have found a way to use them 🙂

MEANWHILE we still have 4 cats staying at our place! Look closely … can you find Toulouse? He’s the one ‘snacking’ on one of my roses!
